RAINFALL – Extreme outer bands of Alex will continue to spread pockets of heavy rain over South and Central Texas today through Friday. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches with isolated amounts up to 6 inches can be expected through Friday.

Flood Watches remain posted for most of South and Central Texas through Friday.

WEEKEND OUTLOOK ‐ Remnants of Alex will spread west and north across Mexico and eventually into West Texas and Southern Plains this weekend.

WIND – Sustained winds of 15‐25 mph with gusts up 40 mph in squalls possible over South and Central Texas today through Friday.
