Disaster Bags are now available free from the Texas Departement of State Health Services. To order visit: http://webds.dshs.state.tx.us/mamd/litcat/default.asp. Emergency Document Bag is catalog #: 9-200.
If DSHS runs out of bags, facilities can order from the TEEC supply by clicking here. You will only be charged shipping and handling. Your medicare ID number will be required.
